Description

Nikki Stahr RD, LD received her Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from University of Northern Iowa in 2000 and completed the Iowa State University dietetic internship in Eastern Iowa. With over 20 years of experience as a registered dietitian, Nikki has worked in a variety of settings including dairy nutrition promotion, media communications, hospital, worksite wellness and schools. It was at Des Moines #2 Hy-Vee where she found her passion in helping others learn to navigate the grocery store aisles in making healthier and sustainable lifestyle changes to help reach their health goals.
